If you're constantly overthinking, putting pressure on yourself, or feeling like your mind never truly shuts off, you're not alone. Anxiety can make it feel impossible to relax, trust yourself, or enjoy the present momentven when everything looks "fine" from the outside.
My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can better understand your thoughts, learn practical tools to manage anxiety, and build lasting confidence in yourself. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel calmer, more balanced, and more connected to the life you want to live.
Your mind doesn’t slow down.
You overthink conversations, second-guess decisions, and get stuck in cycles of “what if.”
You say yes when you want to say no, and then feel overwhelmed, guilty, or stretched too thin.
On the outside, you look like you’re handling things well. On the inside, you feel mentally exhausted from trying to keep up with everything.
You want to quiet the constant noise in your head, trust yourself more, stop overthinking every decision, and finally feel like you can rest without guilt.

Growing up with anxiety gave me firsthand experience of what it’s like when your thoughts feel loud and it shows up in your body and daily life. That’s a big part of why I became a therapist and why I care so much about helping people feel less alone in it.
I take a mind-body approach to therapy and focus on how anxiety doesn’t just live in your thoughts, it shows up physically too. We work with both so things can actually start to feel different, not just understood.
Outside of sessions, I like taking group fitness classes, trying new food spots around Miami, watching reality TV, and fostering dogs. These things keep me grounded and help me connect with clients on a more personal level.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami. I have prior experience working for the University of Miami Athletics department where I worked with college Athletes. I also have years of experience working as a part of a group private practice.
Therapy with me is a collaborative space where we work to understand your anxiety, not just manage it.
We’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, and perfectionism, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and in control of your thoughts and emotions.
To help you feel calmer in your mind, more confident in your decisions, and more present in your life.
So you’re not just functioning… you’re actually living.
I offer individual therapy sessions both virtually and in person to clients located anywhere in the state of Florida. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I accept insurance as well as private pay, and offer sliding scale fees and superbills.
